Speed check on 30’ Ventum: this normal or something off?

IBO speed is a large part marketing. You have lost about 25fps right off the bat just due to draw length. I have a 27.5” draw at 65lbs, and a 430g arrow going 275fps. 125g viper tricks. I have gotten a full lengthwise passthrough on a 200lb black bear, in the throat, out the ham. And the majority of the Roosevelt elk I’ve shot have been passthroughs. You should have no issue with those scrawny rocky mt elk.

Just ordered some magnus hornet 2-blade with bleeders. Hopefully will have them before the weekend and can see how they fly.
