Chatted with the fellow who owns the Water Buffalo farm here yesterday.
He suggested that he and his Lady actually prefer the Top Sirloins over any other cut.
So, I decided to give them a whirl...
Flame Broiled Water Buffalo Top Sirloins:
Served up with oven roasted brussels sprouts and air fried baby taters:
A little of my home made cherry tomato salsa to compliment the taters, and a fine Merlot to wash it all down with:
Appears the Rancher was right!
Melt in your mouth YUMMY!!
Half and hollow a spaghetti squash and toss into the oven at 375 degrees
While that is roasting mix up your stuffing. In this case moose burger, mushrooms, onions, red peppers, fresh tomatoes, spinach and cheese sauce and a good shot of my Cherry Tomato Salsa
When the squash is cooked, run a fork over the contents to free up the spaghetti
Then add in some stuffing and cover with shredded cheese
Back in the oven until the cheese is nicely melted
Serve up with your favorite red - in this case Merlot of course.
