Figured I'd start the same here...

So, last night:

BarBee Smoked Fresh Spring Salmon and Corn on the cob:

Chatted with the fellow who owns the Water Buffalo farm here yesterday.
He suggested that he and his Lady actually prefer the Top Sirloins over any other cut.
So, I decided to give them a whirl...
