What have you done for weight loss today?

I picked up a Garmin watch, and it has been a huge help for me as well. I did not realize how inactive I was on some days.
I wished these were around when I was logging! I would love to see how many steps and flights I got when I was chasing those logs.
 
I got a good 9 hours of sleep last night...will be going to do my fasted liss in a little bit, last ate @ 11pm.
