no, both sides of the media is not the same ..... There is a reason Foxnews is #1 and is trusted more than any other ..
So why haven't we heard much from Russia and how the virus is affecting them? Answer........ They don't complain, life is hard. Use to be "America the Brave"........ Replace "Brave" with "SOFT or "SCARED"
Maybe the same reason North Korea is handling it "so well". They have plenty of excavation equipment...So why haven't we heard much from Russia and how the virus is affecting them? Answer........ Hard to believe Putin didn’t force his double to walk in there buck naked just to show the world how tuff he is
Don't more people watch Fox than the other Left channels combined? Why I even read past this part.. They are #1 because they are the only mainstream outlet that makes right leaning folks feel noble and justified in their views. Left leaning media has to fight for their share of the pie of lefties who want confirmation that they are the good and noble ones.

No easier than somebody else could have in 6 years. You cant restock masks and other PPE in 3.5 years?

I'm aware of all that. What I was referring to is all the love of global economies by some people, at the price of American manufacturing. If domestic manufacturing supplies can't compete in normal times, essentially placing dependence of necessity's on global supplies outside your border, it is kinda hard to bitch about any president not doing a good job of making sure we have those supplies in times of crisis. They can use the stimulus package money to contract with American companies to produce health care products. They can do it under an Act that was used during WW2. These companies are at a stand still and dying anyway. Nobody is buying a new car right now. This would help get the economy going. All of us out of work, can go work for these companies. Right now the biggest supply and demand shortage globally is health care products. This shortage will continue for at least a year. We have the opportunity to jump on this, save lives, and become less dependent on China for the future. Instead we are at a stand still talking about giving money to each household to buy more toilet paper.

I was taught that if you use the last one, you better make sure you stock it up for the next guy. That is just common sense. No easier than somebody else could have in 6 years.

Very true.We can all do without the hyper partisan bull shit rants ^^^
They didnt mention it the same way the right leaning news omited the abstance programs, exemption/waivers to limits on executives compensation packages with public funding, a six month non no public disclosure order for companies receiving bail outs. Shorter term for unemployment insurance, week limits on stock buy backs ect ect ...thats off the top of my head.Very true.
But DID you follow that link? Could you kindly explain why the mainstream left-leaning news didn't mention any of that? Could you please correct me if any of the following are false.
#1. There is an election coming up (undeniable) and the Dems and Reps both obviously want the credit for a huge economy-saving and medical boosting bill before elections. It would have favored the Reps if Mitch McConnell's bill went through, both because of the speed and size of it.
Pelosi would rather *not* have a large Republican bill pass at this critical time.
#2. Nobody can be certain of the future. The Dems realize that if Trump is reelected, they have another 4 years of trying to bite the hand that feeds them and also 4 years before the can do as they wish. If they loose seats in the House and/or Senate, it will limit the amount of power they have. McConnell proposed an intelligent, economy-saving, medical boosting, job saving, bill. It was rapidly formed, but it could be passed and details could be worked out to some degree later.
Pelosi thinks, if I can stick all my green, eco-friendly, wind and solar tax credits, emissions reduction laws, and cheapen education, on this bill I could get it to go through. My fellow Democrats will vote for it because I tell them to, and because they will like it, and the Republicans will vote for it because the original coronavirus part makes common sense. So, let's block it, and then take advantage of the time we wasted by making it critical to pass the coronavirus part immediately.
