weekday cardio

We were just over 30 min. We had lots of distractions though...and by distractions I mean yoga pants...if you pick up what I'm layin' down here lol.
 
I am going to do a hike up Peak tonight for time. No pack. Just up and down as quick as I can if anyone wants to go. Around 5ish.
 
That was one wet fricken hike...got a good test in though with the C4E rain jacket.
 
That's a good time. I think I'd be closer to 19 right now without a pack. I need to get back down to my fighting weight.

A few trips up & down and you'll be there. I was thinking about hiking up the front, down the back then back to the top and down to the truck. That'll be a solid cardio day.
 
i was thinking itd be cool to hike up and over and finish with some roadwork back around sometime
i think unless im really strapped for time on the weekend ill drive a little further and hit something else

packs or no packs tomorrow?
