Haven’t even gotten shipping info for mine yet…. Maybe it’s cause I ordered 1 set of 30mm and 2 34mm.

I'm in a similar boat (2 30-mm and 1 34-mm). My understanding is we can email them to see about having our 30 mm sets shipped before the 34mms arw done. I'm debating whether to do that or not...

Can you post a pic of the setup?
Here's the setup. Front ring is set as forward as possible. Rear ring is flush with the back face of the action. This is as far forward as I like this scope to get the perfect eye relief. I've found that I like to center the zoom ring on the back lip of the action. You can barely see daylight under the cap.

Got mine today and put them on my 7-08. Lows with a 2.5-12.5 Accupoint and Proof sendero. No issues cycling.

Front pin had to go in the larger egg shaped hole to get the ring further forward.

Got mine mounted. Left space for the level on the back ring. Had a little shipping snafu and it didn't show up but it is on the way. I used form's recommendations for the torque specs. Did not use the pins, really couldn't with the way I had it set. Not worried about it. Just a thought but a "threaded" pin meaning threads on one end and smooth on the other would have opened up a ton of possibilities.
Justin,

Maybe I missed it somewhere but are those lows or mediums?

Egg shaped hole? You mean the larger hole on the action? With the holes on the rings being slotted already, won't the pin move around in that slot if using the larger hole?

Yes, the larger hole. There is room for movement. I did push them forward while torquing so they might do something doing recoil.

Probably not doing a whole lot there, but wanted to move the front ring further forward. Rear ring pin is good to go so I figured I’d roll with it. Since UM says they’re not really necessary anyways I’m thinking I’m probably ok.

The threaded pin as described further up would be a nice touch. I like to have my rings spaced further out to provide more support towards the bell in the event of an impact.

Production UM Tikka rings. @Ryan Avery
@Unknown Munitions

This Tikka has been rezeroed twice since 2015 in more than 18,000 rounds (yes), once when the rail was replaced with the current Sportsmatch rings, and once when the scope was removed to thread the muzzle.

A bit of heat to the screw heads and they came loose without much fuss.

Cleaned the action, UM rings and screws with break cleaner. They didn’t really need it as UM is degreasing them before shipping (finally someone listens)-

Boresight, 2 shots, adjust, 3 shots in the dot, drop 14 times on both sides, shoot 3 more shots (left dot). Then some more drops, then check on right dot.

That’s 20’ish drops from 3 feet high, in a 1 moa or so group. The rings work.

Of note, I tapped the recoil pin into the front threaded screw hole in the action. It was not a super tight fit, and when removing there is no sign of damage at all to the action threads. This is not UM approved, this is me.

Remounted the prior scope and rings, shot two, adjusted left .3 mils, then shot these 5-

This is 12 rounds with 20 plus drops, two different types of ammo and two different scopes and rings into about 1 MOA, with a barrel that is closing in on 20,000 rounds and has never had so much as a patch put through it.

I will post once available and allow existing customers to request 2 pins if needed to improve their application on their rifle.
This is very generous of you. Will an email work to request, once they’re out?

Also, what’s the best way to contact you? I sent a PM but I’m sure you’re swamped.
