My wife asked me once why I have so many guns because I can only shoot one at a time...My response...same reason you have all those handbags...you only use one at time...that was 15 yrs ago...since then she doesn't ask questions about what's in the safe and I don't ask question about her shelf in the closet. Works out well.

Funny, that’s a question my wife used to ask and I always answered “in case one breaks” fast forward to the last couple of years, now my wife buys as many or more guns than I do, because it’s pretty, I like the way it fits, or my favorite, because I want it. Oh the pain of it all.

Total disclosure, I have never understood why people think they are so "cool" for owning a ton of guns. I have my fair share but honestly, just buying them to put them in the safe doesnt make much sense to me. BUT, you can do what pleases you and have at it.

100% agree...unless you are a collector and have actual historical firearms. However, it still doesn't make you "cool".

I don't think I've ever known anyone that thought they were cool because they owned a lot of guns. There's probably a lot of "uncool" guys and "cool" guys that own a lot of guns. But the number of guns isn't the determining factor.
