In a previous thread, several forum members reported buying these guns advertised as 5/8 X 24, and having the guns show up threaded 1/2 X 28. See here:

I have this gun in .308 and really like it, looking at ordering one in .223 asap. Several folks stated Bud's Gun Shop had delivered 5/8 models, but they are out of stock. I reached out to EuroOptic, and they confirmed theirs were 1/2 X 28.
I ordered one from ScopeList advertised as 5/8, showed up 1/2. I asked them whether they had the 5/8 model as described on their website, and they said they did not, sent back. It is advertised as 5/8 on Able Ammo, but they also confirmed upon request that theirs are threaded 1/2.
So - has anyone successfully ordered a 5/8 X 24 model of this gun recently, and do you know where I can find one? If the 1/2 x 28 threaded guns are all that's available, I will just get an adapter and move on but would prefer to avoid if possible.
