How many mils per rev?
@Formidilosus - Can you send a pic of the reticle?

The turrets look a lot like the vortex viper hd turrets. Can't wait to hear how this scope stacks up. I hope it does well in the torture test, because I've been waiting for something that is worth buying to replace my Burris xtr iii.
Hahaha!!! I just had to put that out there, because I knew that would get a rise out of you.Ewww. Now I can’t get that image out of my head.
It has nothing in common with the Vortex btw.
When adjusting magnification does the entire ocular move or just a "Ring"?

Why do the windage bars get bigger further from center. Quicker to ID?
Yep.Man this thing has an Athlon "look" to it
That's a damn good looking scope! I can read the turret numbers from Wyoming! Sold. If you could name it THE FAG like I suggested that would be awesome.
Ouch!!! @Formidilosus is probably done checked out after the vortex and athlon comment.Man this thing has an Athlon "look" to it.. but my guess is: reliable thermal or NV optic company looking to expand...
Why about Athlon?
The cronus isnt a bad scope, but their other stuff I would put in the same category as most of the vortex stuff. Why about Athlon?
They said it was a company we wouldn’t expect. Higher-end Athlon scopes are made in LOW. And it looks like an Athlon.
But it doesn’t matter. None of the other scopes in the lineup matter. It only matters that they have a relationship with LOW and are willing to build to Ryan/Form’s spec. The cronus isnt a bad scope, but their other stuff I would put in the same category as most of the vortex stuff.
