@Ryan Avery is that the maven rs3 on top? Curious what your go to hunting scope is these days. I’m in the market, I was looking at the nightforce nx8 2.5-20f1 and the maven rs3.2. Didn’t love that the maven is only 15 moa per rev tho. Absolutely bad ass build right there!!

This is the Maven RS3.2 and its under evalutaiton. NF is still my scope of choice. But the F1 NF reticles are not great. The Maven SHR reticle is usable almost down to 5x.

68 grains of 570 got me 3215. +P chamber

The barrel is 16.75” I made it a little longer cause the suppressor peeps thought there could be an issue at 16” so I gave it an extra 3/4

Gotta shoot some groups now.

Those are some seriously impressive numbers from a 16.75” barrel. Quick calculations estimate about 16.5 moa of drop to 1000 yards and 1750fps remaining velocity at 1200 yards.

Thunderbeast has minimum barrel lengths for their suppressors. Not sure what Ryan is running, but other company’s may have that as well. The picture below is for an ultra 9 gen 2.

Awesome man those are great numbers! You're really not giving up much to my 24" barrel at all.
I've got another Tikka magnum action laying around now, might have to build a short/ultralight 6 UM for next year.
