Custom Stainless Steel Tikka chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor - $1,850 plus shipping.

Rifle for sale, only. The scope is not included in this sale.

Here is a rundown of the build:

Action: Tikka T3 stainless steel action. Action was trimmed and trued to accommodate a 1.25 inch diameter tenon. We built this rifle before pre-fits were available for Tikka actions. Because the action was trimmed, pre-fit barrels will not work with this action - just FYI. Re-barreling of this action will require a gunsmith to fit the new barrel to the action.
Bolt: Sterk swept bolt handle and fluted by LRI. I'm not sure of the bolt shroud, but it's not the plastic factory bolt shroud.
Caliber: 6.5 Creedmoor. We own the reamer that was used on this rifle and it's produced some amazingly accurate rifles. This rifle is no exception. It shoots great.
Weight: 15 lbs 3 oz with scope. The scope likely weighs around 3 lbs, so the bare rifle is likely around 12 lbs or so.
Barrel: Broughton barrel with a 1 in 8 twist - I can't remember the contour, but it appears to be a Heavy Palma with a muzzle diameter of about 0.9 inch. Muzzle is threaded 5/8-24. Barrel length is about 21 inches from action to muzzle and about 24 inches from action to end of the muzzle break.
Muzzle Break: 30 caliber Area 419 Hellfire with a 5/8-24 adapter
Trigger: Timney 2-stage
Chassis: Black Mdt ACC with adjustable cheek rest, adjustable length of pull, and a bag rider.
Scope Rail: I'm not 100% sure without removing the scope, but I believe it's a Mountain Tactical and appears to be a 20 moa base.

The rifle maybe has 200 rounds through it. I built this rifle thinking that I would like to get into PRS shooting and I loved the Tikka action, so that's why I chose a Tikka action as the foundation of this build. When trimming and truing the action, we quickly found out that Tikka's are very consistent and true from the factory (which is why we're seeing pre-fit barrels for Tikka's). The action metal (and bolt lugs) are also extremely hard compared to other stainless steel actions.

I never did work up a load for this particular rifle. All I did was copy the load from the Hornady ammo box with a random bullet seating depth. It shot that load around 1/2 moa consistently, when I did my part. If you live in the Denver Metro area and want to shoot the rifle before purchasing, I'm happy to the range with you so you can "test drive" it.

Overall, the rifle is in excellent condition. I'm sure there are some marks here and there from living in the gun safe and I'm happy to take more pictures.

If you're interested in custom Tikka's, I'll have more to sale in the near future. Please reach out to me for additional information and to discuss the logistics of the sale. Thanks!!
