Not sure if it is the same system (I think it is), but I have to buy OTC Rifle Elk, 3rd season this year. Last time I bought it (2018), it was supposed to be up at 10 am CST, but it didn't come online til around noon, if I remember correctly. Purchase went through smoothly once it came online.

Did the same and did not get my tag, even though the quota was more than one. I felt like I was damn quick otherwise but it’s a game of seconds.
