Suppressor wait times getting faster

That’s why I was asking. Have a kid on the way and was thinking it will be much easier for them and the wife being on a trust.

I'm not 100% sure what I'll do. Don't really want to spend 600 to put them in a trust. On the flip side the only thing I really care about is that my sons can use them too and what happens to all of my NFA stuff if I were to die tomorrow.

This is exactly what the ATF wants. They lured you in with short wait times knowing full well that most will be adding to trusts later so they can double charge them. The ATF found a brilliant way to high hole folks.

I bought one from Scheels, and they said they've been seeing turnaround times of 2 to 3 days, but I'm at a week now so I was wondering if it might take a little longer for mine since it's the first one I've done

No, it doesn’t matter. They have automated the process and provided your background goes through quickly it’s a quick approval. If you do a trust or your name is common, then the background check is the delay.

Thanks for the help guys. I'm on the North end of Denver but the Scheels up in Johnstown said they have 6 in-stock. I just put one on hold and will go up to do the paperwork this week.

I am in the queue for another one. Just bought another Harvester EVO from Capitol Armory. They have them on sale for $499. I am in no hurry for it, but if I get approved in 2-3 months and it takes another month to ship it to me, that puts right were I used to be when I first got into the suppressor game (2012).
