That’s why I went trust in the first place and waited longer. That’s why I was asking. Have a kid on the way and was thinking it will be much easier for them and the wife being on a trust.

This is exactly what the ATF wants. They lured you in with short wait times knowing full well that most will be adding to trusts later so they can double charge them. The ATF found a brilliant way to high hole folks.I'm not 100% sure what I'll do. Don't really want to spend 600 to put them in a trust. On the flip side the only thing I really care about is that my sons can use them too and what happens to all of my NFA stuff if I were to die tomorrow.
They think I care about arbitray laws way more than I do!This is exactly what the ATF wants. They lured you in with short wait times knowing full well that most will be adding to trusts later so they can double charge them. The ATF found a brilliant way to high hole folks.
Sure, go ahead and break silencer laws and drag your family into it too in order save some money. Whatever floats your boat. They think I care about arbitray laws way more than I do!
First 3 this year were between 2-4 days but my last 2 found they way into the backlog I'm guessing because it took nearly 2 weeks.
Damn son 5 cans so far and the year is only half over
Montana tactical website says they have them in store and online.Anyone know of a Scythe Ti in-stock for purchase? I haven't seen them in-stock on any of the big sites or locally for a copule months now that I'm finally ready to buy one.
Theoretically it shouldn't matterDoes anyone know if it typically takes longer for a first time suppressor buyers individual form to go through? I bought one from Scheels, and they said they've been seeing turnaround times of 2 to 3 days, but I'm at a week now so I was wondering if it might take a little longer for mine since it's the first one I've done
No, it doesn’t matter. They have automated the process and provided your background goes through quickly it’s a quick approval. If you do a trust or your name is common, then the background check is the delay.Does anyone know if it typically takes longer for a first time suppressor buyers individual form to go through? I just bought one from Scheels in Colorado Springs. I'm pretty sure they had more in stock.Anyone know of a Scythe Ti in-stock for purchase? I haven't seen them in-stock on any of the big sites or locally for a copule months now that I'm finally ready to buy one.

I certified the same day for efile form 4 but in a trust.
Feels like sitting in a blind and hearing the bugle come my way. Trying not to get to excited.
Did I call it?The only ( as in ONLY) reason times may be getting shorter is because for some reason, unbeknownst to me,
the ATF expects the fee will not be required in the near future.
