Pigs are not easy to stop once they get started populating an area
I do know that a 77 grain .224 RDF will help to stop the spread to a degree but
The only real way to control the pig population is by trapping the whole sounder in the area

If you found the article funny, how about Montana F&G response after pigs have been spotted here. Their response, “don’t shoot them, call F&G and they will go kill ALL of them.” I can see the grain farmers waiting for that to happen.
