3 miles into a 10 mile hike back to the truck with camp, meat, head and cape, this is me trying to be happy and standing as tall as I can; this was 4 miles before the two muskage areas that we had to cross, that nearly did me in. 132 lbs in the pack. Could have been heaver but my buddy carried some of the meat with his camp.

It is Crazy horse they had a Volksmarch yesterday 6.2 miles from the parking lot to the arm of the Monument.

Last trip out of the Gila wilderness with the antlers and camp.
We packed 2 bulls out during the week, one was 260lbs and the other 240lbs of boned out meat, my T2 worked flawlessly!

A 'light' couple packs off the mountain this year in the BT1 thanks to killing young bulls. Both were right at about 100 lbs., and one trip out was 7 miles and the other was just over 8 miles. As long as I have my tank of a partner with me, I will never make two trips for an elk again. This was our second year of packing out our bulls in halves, and it's the way to go as long as you have a Kifaru.
