Kimber Hunter 280 AI + Vortex Razor LHT 3-15x42 + Talley Rings.
That is such a dreamy rifle. Any tips on managing recoil and shooting a lightweight .338WM off the bench (I have an 8lb Model 70 EW .338WM rig that I need a little help with and do not want a brake). Thanks! My dedicated elk rifle is a 338 win mag kimber Montana in a Pendleton composite stock at 6lbs 15 Oz scoped.
It’s got the barrel trimmed to 23”, a 2.5-8x36 leupold in Talley rings and a titanium bolt knob.
Gotta love the Redfield Revolution. Underrated scopes for sureView attachment 229590Single shot 45-70. More practical than you might think. Comes in at 7 lbs with scope and rings.

What reticle in the zeiss did you go withView attachment 222594
Tikka with a Proof pre-fit in a Mesa Precision stock with a Thunderbeast Ultra 7 can and a Zeiss V4 on top. Right about 9.25lbs ready to hunt.
ZMOA-T30. I really like it. I am a fan of clean reticles for hunting. In this case, the "dots" are not noticeable/busy unless you're at higher magnification and looking for them. What reticle in the zeiss did you go with
I was on the fence with that reticle as well. Is it usable last light without illumination?ZMOA-T30. I really like it. I am a fan of clean reticles for hunting. In this case, the "dots" are not noticeable/busy unless you're at higher magnification and looking for them.
Pretty close to my HC LR in 280AI, except I have a Leupold VX5HD. That's a great picture!Browning HC Speed 300WM--6 lbs 13 oz

Nice, I have that same exact riflescope. How do you like it and does it always track accurately and return to zero?View attachment 217233Bergara b-14HMR 6.5 with viper 6-24 pst. Groups .31 with handloads at 100 and sub 7'' at 1000. Can't complain for a sub $1000 rifle.
