Big jump for you to make with almost no information.

Impossible to reside anywhere the majority of the year if you live 3-4 places for 3-4 months. And a mailing address is just a place for mail.

Not rare for someone to not intend to make any place a permanent domicile.
An indicator is just that an indication of something. It doesn't necessarily within itself prove anything.

What you put forth is a reasonable scenario where it's not clear they're a resident of any one state. However, it seems to me that as an American you should be entitled to residency in at least one state, the state where you're registered to vote at a minimum. But maybe I'm missing something.

Read up on the public trust doctrine. The natural resources are to be held I trust, by the government (states) to be preserved and protected for use by its citizens. It’s why the states regulate hunting, fishing, waterways, etc.
And thus, doesn't follow the same laws persay in convicting someone in wildlife crimes vs typical crimes, correct?

Heck game wardens have a lot more authority to search ones vehicle than a regular cop does if I'm not mistaken?

Oh, how exactly does that make me a hypocrite? I don't think it does, but I'd like to hear out your argument. Maybe I am.
You're also kind of a coward since you wouldn't answer the question outright because you knew it would make you look even more hypocritical.

You should stop acting like a spoiled petulant child.

According to laws created by some legislatures and courts. However, there is absolutely nothing in the Constitution that gives them special privilege over the 4th Amendment.

Residency requirements for hunting and voting are different.

I'd think an expert such as yourself would understand that.

*insert some nonsense about states rights*

That's because you're assuming what my honest answer would be to that question. I'll continue to plead the 5th. I'll politely ask you again. How does sometimes obeying traffic laws and paying taxes make me a hypocrite???

Per the way the laws are written. What I'm asking is why are they different, other than the state says.

I don't understand, which is why I asked the question.

Definition of "residing" look it up. "have one's permanent home in a particular place."

Utah doesn't qualify as my permanent home per the definition as my intent was in plain sight with the remodel of the home and the time I was able to spend their until my decisions to remodel to house my family forced me to live at a temporary place. Nice try.
You bought a house that wasn't ready to reside in, therefore your home, where you lived and resided, was in Utah. It's not a home if you don't live there.

An education is expensive.
Not if you home school... you get to make up your own rules and laws!

Obeying the laws which the Constitution gives the state the authority to exercise is the price we pay to have a safe and functioning society for our Wives and Children.
Now you want to play both sides of the fence? 🤔 First you say we don't need any laws and no state gets to say what you can do or not do and then you suggest we all have to follow laws to have a safe and functioning society? Are you just arguing for arguments sake?

I literally never said we don’t need any laws. I never said that states have no authority. Now you’re just making things up. Am I talking with AOC? Be honest.
