Saving weight

Last night I was Playing around with my Gear and ended up dropping 1lb 3oz. I got rid of all the unneeded bags and packaging on my tent. I also took off the protective cover on my spotting scope and range finder and trimmed down the hoses on my water filter. I was shocked when it all added up to 1lb3oz. I used rubber bands to hold things together that were in bags before. Gonna try to cut some more tonight.

A noble pursuit! Bravo, I'll be doing that same thing this week before my blast-off on Thursday.
