"Sally" Push up challenge

I lifted yesterday, so skipped it. I did it today, BUT wanted to try something other than doing as many reps as possible. I did 10 reps (roughly a minute), rest a minute and then two more times for a total of 30.

I'm not sure doing as many reps as possible everyday is the fastest way to finish this challenge. We'll see :)

Tried it the first time and made it to 2:30 - not sure how many pushups as I was focusing on time. Fun challenge!

Not sure which video you’re using, the original video posted doesn’t start until the 2:43 mark, ha

If you use the original video in the link and skip to 2:40, he has a counter for you so you just look at the counter when you fail. But based on my quick math that should be 25ish? Which is a hell of a start. Good job dude.

Ok, I have to admit a slight advantage in that I am a military reserve/national guard with annual physical fitness testing requirements. Back in the day I used to be able to rock out 110 pushups nonstop.....that was when I was much younger.

1/30/22 (Day 1): 30 (with squats 😁)... Much less with pushups: 9. So I made it through the first "hold" and back up, but stopping on the sally down is a killer!
......

2/15/22: Kids and I have been alternating multiple exercises so I am not sure how many days I have tried push-ups but did them pretty fresh today and I made 12. So that is an improvement of 3 (or 30% if you look at it that way). Not bad for ol' skinny arms over here.
