"Sally" Push up challenge

All three of my kids attempted with me again tonight. It was pick your two exercises to "Sally Up". The one that picked air squats the first round and then lunges the second was probably in the most pain. This may become my kids PE class. It's good for dad too.
 
Took a day off yesterday from this as I have plateaued since day 1, but I’ve still been doing my normal workouts.

Today I tried in the afternoon instead of after my workouts and right before bed. Got through the pause after 13, but failed before going up to 14. Still the farthest I’ve made it.
My shoulders are definitely the weak spot, my chest feels like I have more in the tank when my shoulders give out.
 
Same here on the shoulders giving out first. Really surprised me. I’m Taking today off as well because on day two and three I got one less than day one! Going backwards here!
 
Made it to 20 today…

24 today.

I think you guys are onto something with giving it a break. My first day on this challenge was after I had done chest and yesterday I was still sore from my chest workout the day prior. Today I felt a lot better from being 2 days removed.

Excited to see the numbers you guys post tomorrow!

Fell asleep on the couch last night watching a movie and missed my challenge. Did it this morning when I woke up and failed going up on 14 again.
