15 today and I couldn’t even make an attempt at 16, I was done haha. Sunday I may try the @mtwarden method. Progress will be slow without any other upper body workout.

Man its crazy how out of shape ive gotten! Failed on 18 again. Still very sore from the mtntough 22's i did the other day tho. Last year i could breeze through that workout with a 20lb weight vest on like it was nothing lol. My watch says my vo2 max has gone from 53 to 47. Im never gonna let myself get so bad again!
