Man its crazy how out of shape ive gotten! Failed on 18 again. Still very sore from the mtntough 22's i did the other day tho. Last year i could breeze through that workout with a 20lb weight vest on like it was nothing lol. My watch says my vo2 max has gone from 53 to 47. Im never gonna let myself get so bad again!

I’m blaming the rona ;)

Woah...farthest I’ve made it so far is the whole pause of 18 and fall on my face of 19. Been a few days since I’ve done a till failure try and did the @mtwarden version two days ago.

Just managed 24, but there was definitely some hand repositioning a couple times. Finally some light at the end of the tunnel.

Figured I better try an all out to see if any progress was made- 20, two thirds of the way.

At this juncture it appears an almost impossible feat :D

starting tomorrow, I'll do a similar a scheme, but instead of three sets of 10 (with a minute rest between the sets)- I'll do 12. I might try on a few days to do it twice in a day. Next Sunday I'll see if I can improve on 20.

This is a tough SOB!
