Could be wrong about what you ordered but they stated that guns ordered with Rokstoks would take precedent over just a Rokstok.

Does anybody have trouble with their ear pro messing with your head position on the Rokstok?

Any recommendations for good in-ear versions? Looking for something a little more functional for NRL hunter matches this coming year.

I had custom in the ear plugs made at a hearing specialist / hearing aid doctor. They insert a silicone plug into your ear for an exact mold to your ear canal. Best money I ever spent on ear plugs. Can wear them for hours, and they have a attachment cord to wear them around the neck. Great for shooting, construction and chainsaws.

Nope. UM/S2H will be offering these.

Water proof cards with with rifle, DA, wind bracket, etc info and marked out to 1,000y/m. Also a Density altitude chart card. The package will come with 4x data cards (I think), 1x DA chart, and 2x sticky backed clear card holders. The data cards can easily be swapped for different DA’s, and the card holder holds 4x no problem.

I've read all that but don't admittedly understand it, what insights can you translate for us?

It seemed like perhaps this person's rifle build stock got expedited (but earlier ones didn't), maybe because they asked in the thread? Who knows. Otherwise there are still coated (so no bare carbon or LE/black camo issues) railed tikka order(s) outstanding from Dec that weren't mentioned in those order numbers.

12/27 pic+arca bare carbon t3x rokstok arrived Monday. Interestingly an identical stock + cerakote + CTR inlet ordered roughly 3 hours earlier wasn't on the ready orders list, and I haven't gotten a paint call about it yet.

The Rokstok is phenomenal to shoot, and I don't want to shoot my other stocks now. It is 29 ounces. The inlet was not "vacuum seal" tight like my first stocky's vg but was not conspicuously loose like the early Rokstoks I handled at S2HU. Certainly tight enough that I'm not thinking about bedding it right now, but installation was comically easy. Fit and finish was rough, which I don't care about. Wasn't offered single color cerakote, which I also don't care about, as my rattle can finger is twitching. Produced a .8 10x group from my shorty with cheap AAC Sabers. It hates the Gunwerks bipod pic adapter, probably due to the stupid half lug. Works for a few shots before exiting stage front.

They are super low profile and the 5" version weighs .75 oz. I would think that for someone wanted
to make the Rokstok more tripod friendly, it could be a good option. They also make an ultralight aluminum 5" rail that is .8 oz, but I prefer the feel of carbon underhand.

I'm not worried about the durability of it being carbon, as my HNT 26 Arca fore end has been great.

I just bought a couple and haven't been happy with how they fit on a stock T1x but to their credit Echelon says they don't work that well on rounded fore ends.

I did the same, went to ear doctor at Sams Club with no referral. I think it was about a 2 week wait from initial appointment and about $80

I used one on a krg bravo for a bit worked fine but eventually moved to the krg arca rail as I wasn’t concerned with the weight of the rifle I moved the krg to. Agree with the above it doesn’t feel or fit great on a rounded forend.

Ha ha, i don’t fully understand it either and can only speak for myself here as it relates to my particular order. I ordered 1/4/24 I think order # 1800xx. Railed bare carbon ( I want to paint my own) with 3b contour I think. Doesn’t matter really. Due to limited molds, limited labor resources from stocky’s end I.e. lack of trained or semi skilled and trainable people available combined with too many sku’s leading to switching production runs being delivered to UM out of order, or some other undisclosed condition like the layup process is different than what stockys uses for their own stocks resulting in unanticipated finish issues, we have arrived where we are where the process is actually starting to run more smoothly. So for example UM receives a production run of x configuration stocks and they get allocated to UM rifle builds or to the mill shop to mill the barrel channels and then to cerakote etc. Evidently most of the stocks ordered were bare carbon railed which has been the sticky wicket in the process. The molds have been switched to black and green molded in carbon for the next 30 something stocks and they will be delivered to UM and hopefully out the door by 10/25/24. Then the molds will be converted to whatever other production run and so on. In my case my hope is that my stock will follow this run and I might get it later in November or December. I highly recommend everyone watches the Alterra Arms video detailing how they lay up their stocks. It’s an involved process that requires a high level of skill to execute correctly.

That is the general jist I had too, but doesn't really answer the person's question you replied to. He basically was asking why a Feb order jumped forward. Yes rifle builds were supposed to be priority (but didn't really happen based on reports) but its probably a fair question to what end. IE if someone ordered a build in July do they jump in front of the outstanding Dec orders?

I got the impression like you did too that if your non-LE/camo stock wasn't made before stocks switched to LE/camo that you're looking at at least another month before they get back to those. If so some folks will be into the 11mo timeframe.

I also had some initial issues with the gunwerks pic bipod on the arca/pic rail, but was able to get it to work with adjustment to the bipod and placing it correctly on the rail. There is a set screw on the bipod that adjusts the lockup of the bipod jaws that you'll need to play with. Also, I found I had to place the jaws as far forward on the rail as possible, as the back of the picatinny widens slightly and didn't allow the jaws to close fully.

Thank you! I have been messing with the inexplicably tiny and inevitably strippy adjustment screw. Went tighter to try to get more clamp force. Will try moving it further forward and let you guys know if it continues to auto-yeet.
