Rokstok Lite

Whenever I've shot off of my pack or QuickStix, I almost always have them at the balance point of the rifle. I don't think I've ever shot off of them as a front rest only.

I've been shooting a good bit with my ULUL AR15 that only has a 7.5" handguard. I've had no problem resting that on any support.

We are also shorter-statured shooters, so we aren't running our bipods at the max distance anyways.
While resting the rifle on the balance point is good for free recoil, heavy rifles and a few other scenarios, you lose the benefit of a longer fulcrum which makes the rifle more wobbly so to speak. If using a rear support such as a pack frame you will have a much smaller wobble zone if you utilize a front rest as far away from the rear steering as possible.

I just got to finally shoot my OG Rokstoks. As a short guy, they fit me perfectly.

I’ve been trying to stay in the loop, but may have missed something: any updates on the Rokstock lite bottom metal situation for Kimbers?

Pretty sure that's the 3d printed model. If they like it I think that gets used to make the mold and then they can start making carbon versions once the mold is made.

Really looking forward to getting hands on the carbon model.

It may have been mentioned and I missed it when reading/searching, will the production model be produced with left side flush cups?
