On a non railed Tikka stock it installs exactly the same as any other stock.

I’m installing one this week on a non railed rokstok. I can take photos and document if you need. Let me know.

Thanks, I'm pretty confidant in the process was just curious if anything specific to stockeys lay up and fill materials or process caused any problems with the install. If you find any complications I'd appreciate the experience.

I recently received my stock. 12-27 order date. Everything was as expected and the action seated on the recoil lug. No issues that I've observed. Will hopefully have time later this week to go shoot it.

Just wanted to share that in case anyone was on the fence after reading though what all took place here.

Yes to both
It’s easy to do w/the right tools but UM does a really clean job.

So update on the Rokstock 700 long action m5 bottom metal with Hawkins hunter bottom metal it’s a single shot. I’ve now spent 4 hours sanding and it still won’t work. Wife benched her 7 prc and will run it as a single shot. I’ve left a message for unknown on Friday and now a second one today. At a loss and disappointed that m5 inlet won’t work for Hawkins hunter bottom metal. Love the stock feel and shootablity. Literally her favorite stock she owns and we’ve been through 5 and this is the one she actually loves.

Mine should be here soon, seems a bunch of the 700s have been going out. I'm using Hawkins Hunter DBM as well, in 7prc.

I’m going to guess you will run in to issues where the mag latch set screw is and keep me posted if when you torque the action screws down if you can still get the mag out

I had a 700LA show up as well for the m5 inlet. You are correct in having to remove some material for that set screw area. Hawkins hunter dropped in well after that and the mag functioned. Zermatt action 300PRC, I did bed it and shot it last weekend. It changed the recoil vs the McMillian it was in for sure

I visited with @Stockys last week to inspect carbon camo stocks coming off the line. All of the black carbon camo stocks are complete and looking great. These are shipping to us asap and take approx. 1.5 weeks to arrive to UM by UPS ground. They will be turned quickly as usual.

The green carbon camo are now in production. Stockys decided to go with a new batch of green carbon that arrived Thursday last week and that is all they are working on currently. Those will still be a few weeks out for completion but are in production process now.

Guys are asking when the Rokstok will be available to order again. We will not be turning them back on before the end of the year. That's when we believe we will be very close to filing all orders.

I do have 12 x RAIL-LESS Tikka Rokstoks available FOR SALE. This is because all of those orders have been filled and we are still producing stocks with that RAIL-LESS mold. I just built a product called Available Rokstoks and that is where you can buy those, limit 1 stock per order. This is the only place I have announced these stocks and their availability for now. I have been asked several times about the Rokstok Lite availability. These stocks will likely be shipping around 3rd quarter next year. Development will start right around the first of the year. There will be NO pre orders.
