Hyper Pro has GHD, Rev Hyper, Back Ext, etc. kind of like a core Swiss Army knife.Sounds like you need a ghd
Sounds like I need to go back in time and tell myself that doing volume sets of 300lb deadlifts “for time” is an effing stupid idea.Sounds like you need a ghd
The Ronnie Coleman poster is a great touchPretty similar to what I have. You won't need the preacher bar with the cable machine curl bar. Could arguably skip the dumbells too, but I didn't.
Ares 2.0
Dumbellls 5-50
Rep alpine bar
Rep nighthawk bench
Leg rollers
Booty by bret hip thrust device
Titan Roman chair
Schwin spin bike
Rogue ohio bar
Fringe sport Savage bumpers
Radiant health sauna
Amazon gymnastics/wrestling mats
And the old titan half rack we started with that my wife won't give up.

I started with two barbells, highly recommend adding another as soon as you can. Wife has since found more at the thrift.Gym list so far:
STEPR Pro from FB marketplace
Ares 2.0 with Smith attachment
Yoga mat. Make all the fun you want. It makes me hurt less
Good barbell
Preacher bar.
Set of plates.
DB set up to 100#. Probably 3-50, then 60/70/80/90/100.
Freak Athlete Hyper Pro with leg attachment and GHD pad
Prime Shorty Bench
Collars, bands, bars, ropes, etc.
Easy $10k.
The good news is my wife wants a mirror, and that’s free - I just have to remove it from the bedroom ceiling.

No it’s not…….So far I got a Hyper Pro bench to work on my core and lower body, and I scored a set of iron DBs and cybex tracks off FB. Got some rubber gym flooring coming too. This is going to blow all of my annual bonus.

I have been looking at that.If you end up with a power rack I'd highly recommend the Beyond Power Voltra as a space saving cable machine. It's expensive, but I can attach it at the top of my rack for lat pulldowns, the base for low rows. Nice to not have to have another stack of weights beyond the barbell, plates, dbs and kbs.
Did you use sheets or some kind of sealer? I was going to use double sided tape to hold the rubber roll down, but that won’t work with a vapor barrier unless I somehow attach it to the floor as well.I had a major mold issue develop with rubber flooring on my basement slab. Definitely need something in between to manage vapor even if your slab is dry and your humidity is low.
I think I’m going to install some poly sheeting underneath the rubber mats.My slab is painted, I have a dehumidifier always running, relative humidity is never over 35%, basement never gets wet. House was built in 2020. Put tractor supply stall mats down, they messed up the vapor flow coming off the floor and got moldy fast.
I just removed them to fix the mold problem. Currently lifting on the slab, since I have all bumpers it's ok. There's an integrated OSB and vapor barrier system made for basement flooring, long term I might add that.
