Interested to hear others' opinions, since most other demographics would probably think this is crazy. Anyone else gone to an exclusively wild game diet? I've been slowly phasing out commercial meat from my grocery list, and at this point haven't purchased any in months. I generally have plant-based meals for two out of four meals a day, one with some kind of wild game meat, and one using either legumes or eggs as protein. My results have been really fantastic- better energy, less inflammation, quicker recovery and no degradation of any facet of my fitness level. My grocery bill is also probably 40% less than it formerly was, and I don't really have to harvest a lot more game that I did before since I've been replacing commercial meats with plant-based or vegan meals. Anyone else doing something similar? What were your results/ experiences?

Haven’t bought red meat in grocery store in over 9 years now. Buy chicken a few times a year at most. Have our own chickens so I eat a lot of eggs. Eat a ton of veggies and fruits. Love to snack on nuts/legumes . Haven’t tried the plant based “fake meats” yet. I have never had any problem maintaining my weight. Still need to cut out beer.

I try to get in as much venison/grass fed meat as I can. I notice a difference in how I feel, I don't have to worry about all of the weird antibiotics/hormones being in my meat, and it tastes better!
