Outstanding light! I've used it a couple times so far on scouting trips. Archery elk hunt starts this weekend so I'll be using it a whole lot more now. It is incredibly bright. I love that it has a memory and that I can lock it to make sure it stays off. I also like that i can remove the small light bar and use it as a handheld light. Great product and I highly recommend it!

-Clicking through one color will land you on high for the other color
Is that the only way to switch colors? Because going through all the brightnesses of white to get to low-light-friendly red seems suboptimal. My Black Diamond and Petzl lamps have dedicated buttons to swap colors, and my Fenix lets you select either color from the off state.

I almost certain, yes.

Just got back from 10 days of elk hunting in Idaho using mine.
Pros:
-It is plenty bright!
-It is very easy to use
-It was comfortable to wear

Cons (more concerns vs actual observed cons)
-I still worry about rechargable headlamps as a whole. I like the idea of being able to replace batteries if needed. It was never an issue but the thought was ever present.
-The plastic housing the light is in, especially at the ends of it feels like it may not stand the test of time. Its a bit clunky and feels just a bit cheap. Again, no issues yet, but I just don't love the feeling of that part.

For me, I always carry two headlamps because two is one and one is none. I will continue to carry this headlamp and use it as a primary and will keep a smaller battery powered one with one extra set of batteries as well.
It's still lighter overall than my previous two bigger headlamps with batteries, and I think overall it's a good setup.

I just got back from using mine for a rifle elk hunt. Used the light for a whole week without needing to charge it at any point on the trip.

Pros:
I love that it does have a super bright light for when you need a little extra to navigate a spot by.
I enjoy the red light settings too - especially with the bright moon we had as I could use the red light to see the terrain directly in front while still having night vision to see farther off.
The operation is easy and I found it comfortable to wear.

Perceived but unrealized cons:

I was concerned about the fact that there's no lock out, and about re-chargable headlamps generally. But I didn't have any issues - It never turned on in my hip belt pocket inadvertently and the battery seems to be large enough that the rechargeable factor isn't really an issue. Also - since it is a removable battery one could solve this issue by buying another of these batteries to allow a quick swap if desired.
