Over 60 guys go fishing to!!

spent a week in Northen MN doing a bit of fishing. The boss was otherwise tied up so I rounded up a couple neighbor boys and we went fishing.. definitely worth the trip!!

Nice pile of fish Old Rook. At 62 if I’m not hunting I’m fishing. I fish about every weekend in Pine Island Sound FL. I usually bag it about the second week of June until Mid September as it gets pretty hot down this way. But this year I am still getting out there on Saturdays.

My last couple of fishing excursions into the Bob Marshall have been tougher than some of my hunts!

with upcoming 15 day hunts in UT arch deer and arch elk in Colorado, hope to take in some flyfishing for trout.

Yep, that 'but was pushing a hundred-pounds. That said, my favorite eating were the Coho...right there on the river...

Those pic's (minus the 'but) were a few examples of fish taken on 10-day remote unguided single-person raft floats...over a hundred-miles through absolute fly-fishing heaven...did it a half-dozen times over the years after turning 60. The most recent was over 70...always thankful for every adventure.
