Howdy everyone,
I recently retired and now looking to move back up north. I used to live in the South Dakota / North Dakota areas and always loved going out coyote hunting. Not to paint a sob story here, but never really had much of a hunting experience with others growing up. My grandfather did take me out deer hunting when I was pretty young. But I think it was more of a 'try it out' than anything else. So that is the reason I seemed to cling to coyote hunting. Its a sport that the hunted is clever and challenging, and I did not need any special equipment to haul the animal out. Basically just used a carry rope and slung them over my shoulder like a giant purse.
Any who, I am currently living in a blue city, hate every day here, and cannot wait to move away from here later this year. I am hoping to find friends online here, that I can connect with and after I move we can meet up. I am looking to move somewhere in the west side of ND or SD, or the east side of MT or WY. Wanting to avoid liberal thinkers, as I had enough of that here, of you know what I mean. I would love to hear others that live in these areas and maybe why you like it ther, hunting experiences, etc. I would also like to get back into fishing, its been many years, and I feel that desire to get out and fish again.
I hope to hear back from some great people.
