I ordered mine on day one, estimated ship date 8-11. Just called again and Kevin said more frames in Monday. They will get them out, not worried, but if I did not have a good pack would be antsy as well.

Off topic but does anyone know what size of belt pocket fits on the guide lid the best? Small or Medium? Anyone using a belt pouch on a guide lid? Does it work well... any pics?

Good news. I stopped by the shop to see if they could get it done today and they were just putting my order together. There will be a few more lucky ones who should be getting notifications this afternoon.

PS They had a rambler in fusion in the show room that was calling my name.

Got adjusted and walked out the door with it. Unfortunately the rambler wasn't for sale and didn't sound like they had them in stock yet in fusion. They did however have the mini belt in fusion so I picked one up.

Don't you have enough packs? You are welcome to try it on or check it out though. However it is adjusted for my freakishly long torso.

NEW Kifaru Frame & Suspension Review

I just got the new frame and it is better than I expected. Those holding out will find its worth the wait IMO. 26" coyote composite. It is solid

I added those arrows I asked about last Thursday and was told mine would ship Monday. It was ordered July 13 within 10 minutes of Aron posting they were available

Tips, what have you decided to use in its place?

I just sent my pops my bikini frame last week, and sold a gen 1 duplex I had to a guy at work last month. I was going to surprise my father with it but it was not going to make it. Maybe try an SG or Exo. I've got an old Kelty coyote that's packed enough animals I know it will get the job done. Lucky for me you passed on the bikini I offered up, or else I'd really be in a pinch.

The delay was not the problem, they just didn't have any idea when my would be going out.

Still kicking myself for dumping my frame early. I know of a few guys pretty upset with the lack of shipping info and going other routes. Every time I call I get a "should be ready soon" but no definite date. Trying to be positive and stay focused on the benefit of the new frame but so discouraged I'm close to ........

I think they've been trickling in a lot slower than they expected. I think they said they got 10 today. It also sounds like each batch they get are all the same size. They had plenty of shoulder straps and belts sitting there in tubs. They must've gotten 26s in today and it sounded like they got 22s earlier in the week. I had no clue they were launching them the day I called and just happened to luck into the beginning of the line. If you have an Aug 11 shipping date you probably have a good shot at getting it next week.

I had a previous order from June for a duplex and this new one came out days before my ship date. So I talked to Aron and cancelled the original order. I also ordered as soon as they went up. Hard to say why for sure I got mine already, I hope everyone gets theirs soon I figured I was in it for the long "haul" pun intended

Got my ship notice today so it will make the Elk hunt by a few days. Glad i didnt sell my bikini either
