Luxe Hiking Gear - BAD

Dont buy anything from this company - you will get taken. I made the mistake of making a purchase in January. I recieved the order promptly except for a single item. They said that item would arrive shortly. Then i was dumb enough to make a second purchase (stove) in April. I never received the item. Ive been working with my credit card company since to get it resolved. Luxe keeps charging my card, each time a credit is issued. I finally put a stop on all charges from Luxe. There is no customer service. They are a nightmare.

Have your cc company issue you a new card. it will have different numbers expiration date etc. they won’t be able to charge you any more.

Sorry for the bad experience. Sadly, not surprising givens Luxe's history. Hopefully others will see this thread or one of the many other ones on Rokslide and save some headaches and $$$.

After 3-months of fighting with them and the CC company I just got my refund, BAD company!

I’ve been fighting with luxe since April on an order I never received. Finally got a refund today. I learned my lesson about being cheap

DO NOT BUY from Luxe hiking gear. They stiffed me for $389. 5 months now since order. BBB full of complaints of the same.
