I got to page 3 before I gave up. Seems like a guy killed a solo ram and needed a laminated piece of self-hype paper to keep himself in the hunt. People have been doing this for decades upon decades and just enjoyed the grind without the self-hype laminate crutch. Meh. Many others on Rokslide have been there, done that without all the bells and whistles.

I suspect if the OP didn’t think he was the main character of sheep hunting, he could have simply started with a post about the story of his hunt, and a breakdown of his training regime to get him there. Probably would have been a warm welcome from the Rokslide crew.

Sorry if I’m off base, I gave up after 3 pages.

I killed a ram solo with a muzzy at 12.4k a few years ago about 5 miles from the truck. Guess I’m not nearly as cool….

Only 12.4… I only want advice from those who have killed sheep 13k or over, preferably one killed at 14,439…

A guy was on here last year, that drew a CA ram tag, with an ego as big as this guy's and he was nicknamed ROAL (ram of a lifetime) Reaper.
