Most recent with > 6.5. 178gr ELD-X launched at 2700fps. 410 yards. DRT. No exit.I know we have the .223, .243/6mm, .25 and 6.5. Why not one for the big cartridges?
Post pictures of of internal damage with anything above 6.5 PRC.
.270, 7 Mag/PRC, .308, .30-06, .300 Mag…..
Cartridge, MV, impact velocity, and what bullet would be perfect.
The more pictures the better.
Entrance, exit and what it looked like in between.
And no, I don’t have any to contribute.
that set up has killed everything i have pointed it at so far. That sounds like a good setup for a lot of things.
I’ve always heard good stuff about the Gold Dots.
Looks like it’s good enough for coyotes.
Rifle specs that youre getting 3000plus with the 178s please? I see the NF 2-10
Been using DRT bullets this yr. I am massively impressed. I'm using .264 147 gr and have dropped three animals with them from 40-420 yards. 40 yds 3 steps, 205 yds bang flop, 420 yds bang flop. They have shot very accurately and precise to 700 on 10" steel. No exit on any of the animals and extreme internal trauma. Most recent with > 6.5. 178gr ELD-X launched at 2700fps. DRT. No exit.
I always regret selling my custom 300wm. Good stuffThat was a 26” barreled 300wm with too much H1000.
Others were 300WM from 22-24”, 26” 300RUM, 34” 300 RUM improved, etc
Glad I'm not the only one who's not a fan of grinding burger meat in the field.Sure as heck not this crap.......
