Sorry to hear it man. You do never know how that nasty lab created virus is going to affect somebody. Two of my best friends going back to my younger years almost died from it, one of whom flat lined and came back multiple times. Both guys were under 40 with families. One was very healthy, the other morbidly obese.Thank you. It was pretty hard on my wife.
Twin brothers, both somewhat but not grossly overweight. No other underlying conditions that I’m aware of? Genetic high cholesterol and I’m sure some BP issues.
They both got Covid on the same hunting trip. They waited too long to seek medical attention and when they did were sent directly to the ER.
One crashed hard and ended up on a ventilator. The other was improving, but then suddenly crashed and also ended up on a ventilator and died within a week. The other spent another 6-7 weeks in the ER before he was finally discharged. It took him months to regain full physical function.
Everyone’s risk assessment is their own. They were very cavalier about it, and that’s fine. It’s a personal decision. It does, however, piss me off when people make stupid statements the disease doesn’t really exist unless you choose for it to.
Give your loved ones a hug as often as you can!
