Freeze dried food

What’s the best freeze dried food out? I don’t mean necessarily taste but the best one for you? Seen some mixed reviews on some major brands.

I like MH. Just don't put too much hot sauce in the beefaroni or whatever they call it. The next day will be unforgettable.

Mountain House has been my go to for years. I'm looking for something different though as I am getting tired of the same menus. I'll follow this and see what other options are out there. Here it's either MH or peak that stores carry.

I’ve tried lots of them and I honestly haven’t had one that doesn’t taste good in a tent after a long day. Mtn house, peak, heathers, backpackers pantry, alpine air, hawk viddles and a handful of others. I just buy whatever brand seams to be on sale at the moment.

My son(11 yo) and I enjoy the Peak Refuel. It’s actually one of the things he looks forward to the most at the end of the day on our camping trips.

Stowaway Gourmet is really good, but they're kind of expensive.
