I’ve had this issue before. Tuned, re tuned. Checked for contact can up dumb founded. On a whim I re cut all my arrows about a quarter inch. Turns out it was just bad arrow cut offs. Would have saved me hours and lot of alcohol and internet surfing

Almost forgot - critical to spin the arrow and check broadhead-arrow alignment. If there is any wobble it isn’t going to fly straight. Folks are often surprised at what they find when spin-checking. Any imperfections with arrows and tuning are all magnified when using fixed-blade heads. But I still prefer them when using a compound.

Here’s a link to a very short video illustrating spin-checking

Spiral Horn beat me to it. but usually a bad tune or underspine condition will still allow arrows to group. If they are spraying and not grouping, it is likely either vane contact, form, or most likely, lack of the BH's being concentric. Luckily that is really easy to check. Just spin the arrows tip down on a hard surface and any visual wobble whatsoever will show you that there is an issue.

Got her new arrows fixed up and the stiffer spine definitely made a difference. I’m still going back through everything as I’d still like it to be tighter. But spine was definitely the major problem thanks guys

I had the same problem. Went to a stiffer spine and redid my broadhead tuning, now I'm shooting darts at 100 yards.
