Pack of fajita seasoning, simple as that. I’ve done turkey pastor with the pineapple which is really good, but takes some effort. Bell pepper, onion, fajita seasoning on everything—very easy and good.

Beat with a hammer, panko, and air fry with what ever seasoning you like. I usually dip in honey mustard

If the goal is to feed picky eaters it's hard to beat breading and frying with dipping sauces.

My favorite though is to brine and smoke the breasts whole, brushing honey on several times throughout. Hank Shaw has good instructions for this. Then serve hot or cold with crackers and cream cheese that is smothered in a spicy jelly. I'll save that as an appetizer for Thanksgiving and it disappears quickly every time.

The legs and thighs are more challenging and I like to braise them for homemade turkey noodle soup or other stews.
