213... My food has gone out the window but I'm still working out 3-4 times a week with 2 backpack training sessions with 50 lbs. I need to get my food back in line.
225 day before vacation last week. 7 days of vacation 226.8 (after three days of detox) LOL.
The elliptical, stationary bike, rowing machine just don't do it for me.
