Fat Guy Weekly Weigh In.

Great job everyone!

Honestly, I was weak and too scared to weigh in today. Last weight was 190.6, on Wed. the 10th. Will weigh in tomorrow, because I can't be a wuss my whole life, lol.

Positive note, I have now had to go buy jeans because all my 36's are falling off me and look terrible with a belt (bunched up), and I stayed on my running routine over the holiday weekend, getting in an 18 mile run on Friday and an 11 mile run on Sunday. Took Saturday off, but I was due a day off anyways. 657 running miles so far this year, woohoo!
 
Long week with a good bit of travel - stayed the path pretty well but the weekend was not helpful. 257 this morning - - still progressing, still losing, and getting stronger with much more endurance.

Wrong direction! Traveled for work this week, but still managed to hit the weights at the gym twice. Traveling more next week...yikes. Not being able to get out and run because of my foot is demoralizing me. The elliptical, stationary bike, rowing machine just don't do it for me.
 
208 and shooting for 170ish. Biking, kettlebell, and putting weight in the pack to train. I was 226 before last years hunt and cut to 199 by the time I got to the mountain.
