Here they are in the wild. Have had them out on a few trips so far, and no issues.
One thing to note: The inside corners (Against the horse) have about 2-3 inches of clearance from the ribs. The photos make it look like she is possibly being poked by the boxes, and that's definitely not the case. If you're worried, tighten up your hang ropes, as that sucks the top of the panniers in towards the sawbuck, and swings the bottom of the pannier out away from the horse.
