Mar 4 - 208.
Mar 12 - 209. Too many beers this weekend.

I cant keep beer in the house unless I'm running a ton .
No kidding. My friends and girlfriend are brutal bad influences. My only support is my Brother who’s also my business partner. Of course he’s fighting the same battle as all of us so he gets it. Everywhere I turn there’s a beer being shoved in my hand. I turn into a recluse when I diet.
i'm in the same boat. I do have a cousin that drinks michelob ultra, so it seems we see them more while I'm on a diet. May just be a coincidence.

I have to be a recluse. Beer is my weakness. I find it easier to avoid it like the plague than to even dabble.

I just came across this thread. I defiently need to join. Currently 240 lb at 6'. I need to clean my diet out in a major way and start exercising. I broke my ankle in December so I haven't been doing anything. I'm going to try one meal a day (OMAD) and try to hit the bike and weights maybe swim some.

Current: 240 lb
Goal: 190 lb by June 15
 
March 8: 211.0
March 15: 204.8

It’s been a crazy work week but I have cut out all bread/grain/chips/tortillas. Only meat, veggies, fruit, and dairy. Very light morning workouts.
 
I gave up alcohol and sweets/sugar for lent.

The alcohol was easy to quit. The sugar cravings are starting to get better.

Blueberries have a lot of natural sugar....

Just under 205# the last 2 days, before dinner weigh ins. 10# more to go, hopefully by 6/1. Swam 1 mile yesterday.
 
In working on this too- walked up a staircase at work and found myself out of breath. I’m 6’2” and started in mid January at 265. So far just doing CICO and I’m down to 244. Goal is 210. Getting ready to start the MTN Tactical backcountry program. Going on a backcountry muzzy elk hunt in GMU 48 this September...

Finished a half marathon this morning, 1:49:19. Should have finished under 1:45 but started out too fast and struggled to recoup enough to net an 8 minute mile pace.

Not sure on weight. Still in the middle of whole30. Guessing low to mid 170s.
