That might not sound good but I'm am actually really happy with it. We just got back from flying to Colorado to see our son. Airports, hotel breakfast buffets, eating out multiple times. Could have been worse for sure. ;)

Heck, that's a victory in my book.
 
Starting weight last week = 201.8#
Weight yesterday morning = 200.8#
Training for an ultra in 11 days (50k), got 75.1 miles of running in last week, and I'm on an 18 day running streak right now.

Hopefully next Monday I will see that elusive sub-200# number. Haven't been there in probably 5 years now.

I was 178 on March 4. Weighed 179 yesterday morning (3-11). I haven't worked out in a couple weeks besides shoveling snow once or twice a week. The elbow/ forearm injury has really limited what I typically do for workouts. I probably shouldn't be shoveling snow either but it has to get done. Thankfully I have been able to keep a pretty healthy diet so I am at least maintaining my current weight loss. Still have high hopes of hitting 175 by April 1.

Warmer weather is in the forecast and I hope to get out
 
I’m down in the low to mid 170s I think. The better half wanted to do the whole 30. We’re 12 days in and my clothes are fitting looser. I’m irritable as can be, struggling to get enough carbs to get through long cardio sessions, but she’s happy so I’m happy. Time will tell what I’ll lose, but I do feel a lot leaner in just under two weeks time.

Starting the MTN Ops "Renu" today. I know, I know. Mtn Ops. But I feel brotastic. Ha looking forward to cleaning out a lot dead weight...first time in my life that I'm fine with losing pounds anyway possible, less weight on my feet and knees is less weight on my feet and knees.

Mar 12 - 209. Too many beers this weekend.

No kidding. My friends and girlfriend are brutal bad influences. My only support is my Brother who’s also my business partner. Of course he’s fighting the same battle as all of us so he gets it. Everywhere I turn there’s a beer being shoved in my hand. I turn into a recluse when I diet.
