I have the recipe at home. I will post it later this evening for you. Simple and everyone that tries my jerky wants the recipe.

Base of the recipe: Lotta sweat, prolly a little blood, definitely some ibuprofen.

Jim Melton's Jerky Marinade is the easy button. Other than that I wing it with various teriyaki recipes I stumble across online.

W sauce, soy sauce, bbq sauce, siracha, tony c’s, brown sugar.

If you're putting anything more than salt and pepper you're ruining it! Maybe a little onion powder, just a little.

check out Hank Shaw’s chipotle venison jerky. I use this recipe with elk and it’s great. I do reduce the soy sauce amount a bit since otherwise I find it overpowering.
