I’ve waited a few kills to post my successes but the ELD-M bullets. They are no longer just “match” for me. In the last two seasons my wife and I have had nothing but success. 1 antelope, 3 deer so far ( hopefully a bull with the 7PRC) all dead on arrival with less than 50 yards from where shot.

Distances for kills, 250, 425, 525 and 530.

Shot my 2024 mule deer this last weekend with a perfect heart shot and I know have no worries about the ELD-M at correct distances.

Congrats. My results have mirrored yours. Of maybe two dozen different projectiles I’ve used on game, the 6mm 108 and 6.5mm 147 ELD-Ms have impressed me most. I think the furthest an animal has gone is 10 yards after impact.

If I could hijack a bit....
I intend to shoot factory ammo in a 22 Creed on deer and antelope. Max 300 yards
Thoughts on ELD-M vs ELD-X from Hornady

You'll be fine with either. Personally, I'd lean toward the ELD-M. Oddly enough, based on the performance of other calibers in the M and X family, the M seems to be the better hunting bullet.
