I've always had a hard time eating breakfast. My trick is to drink it. Protein shake with peanut butter and whole milk every morning.

When I'm hunting I'll have a little snack around 8 or 9am

I'm super routine driven and eat the same breakfast every day though it does tend to evolve slowly over time. For the last couple of years:

Wake up 4 AM almost every day. Sometimes a bit earlier for hunting or big backcountry skiing days. Sometimes a bit later when I'm camping and I have no reason to be up in the dark.

a big gulp of Kefir first thing
Coffee with Cordyceps and Irish Butter
2-4 eggs over easy
4% cottage cheese with a little sauerkraut (sounds gross, is actually good. highly recommend)
Avocado
Bacon (optional, but more often than not)
Shot of apple cider vinegar

I seem to do well with a big dose of fat first thing in the morning. Kefir, cottage cheese, sauerkraut and ACV for some gut health and virtually guarantee that my business is handled before I leave the house.

I havent in ages, but just started again as it usually kicks my metabolism into gear and I need to lose weight and start eating more beneficial foods to lower my BP. Right now my bfast consists of either a protein bar (Kind brand) or Banana and a glass of either Carrot or Mango juice puree. On the weekends its usually eggs, sausage, bacon or hash, and sometimes hashbrowns. If we go out its always an eggs benedict. I've always enjoyed Greek Yogurt so that will be coming back into the fold.

I usually eat a large lunch and a moderate dinner, but feel better when I do breakfast and a more moderate lunch. Being in the office a natural metabolism boost is beneficial to me so long as I watch the sugars and saturated fats.

I'd wake up earlier and make food, but I enjoy my sleep. Wifes out the door at 5am and I am up at 5:40 to shower and get both the kids ready for the day.

Breakfast is a must for me. 4 eggs with toast or waffles & 2 cups of coffee.
I can’t wait until lunchtime. I get cranky when I’m hungry.

Greek yogurt, granola, fruit and coffee at my desk. Weekends I generally make a legit breakfast.

Never been a big breakfast person though. If you say you can sleep for an extra 15 minutes or you can have a good breakfast, I am picking sleep every time.
People discount sleep so much. I have a 72 year old roommate who only needs about 3-5 hours a night... it's nuts.

Work days:

Kirkland Greek yogurt (I was so pumped when it came back. Couldn’t stand another day eating that Fage crap)
Blackberries
Protein shake

I typically eat this around 10am

Non work days:
Maybe a couple eggs or a protein bar and a banana.

Can’t function without breakfast. My metabolism just doesn’t allow me to skip a meal. Past couple years it’s been homemade granola with powdered peanut butter and oat milk. Just a small bowl but I have to eat something as soon as I wake up always have.

I dont eat breakfast unless someone brings it into the office for everyone. I might grab some berries or a snack but thats it
