Dead Air Nomad Ti XC

Does sizing the end cap to the caliber you are shooting make a noticeable difference?
I’m not the person to ask I’m half deaf ha ha according to diligent defense yes they say they have seen up to 9db difference. Most companies say 2-3 db which will likely not be a noticeable difference.

My last two approvals came through this evening. Four days. Still beats months.

I got one can dedicated for 5.56 so got the end cap for that one, and the TI XC will go on my 6cm so got the 6.5 end piece as well. Also ordered up a bunch more of the 22LR subsonic 1050fps rounds since CO is adding a 6+% gun and ammo tax starting Apr 1. Already used one round of the subsonic today for pest control........worked very well.

The juice ain't worth the squeeze, to always having to change them out. Not that much difference to my deaf ears...
Is it worth it if my largest bore is .26 to switch it out? 99% of the time it'll be on one of my 6.5's but might end up on a 223 or wife's 6mm. I was thinking about it because I wouldn't need to swap it back and forth but money is insanely tight due to unexpected vet bills.

So about 50-100 rounds worth of carbon fouling difference.
For sure not worth it if you don’t want to change end cap sizes but I wanted a 9/32 end cap and they were the same price so I figured I might as well get the titanium one. The diligent defense end caps fit as well and would be a little lighter but still not worth chasing.

Maybe nice to have ti for using CLR to clean as well.
