CVA Paramount Lead Projectile (MT Legal)

Looking for a muzzleloader to hunt Montana weapons restricted areas. Came across the Paramount Pro. Looks like a great setup. Only issue I see is that it is designed for that powerbelt bullet. To the best of my knowledge, that bullet isn't legal in Montana as it is not a "plain lead projectile".

Has anybody tried plain lead projectiles out of it? Good alternatives for elk?

Any other muzzleloaders to consider?
