Colorado Parks and Wildlife is considering diversionary feeding to deter the Copper Creek wolf pack from approaching livestock, while also monitoring several wolf dens for signs of new pups.

Sorry I didn't mean to divert this discussion. I think diversionary feeding will make the wolves stronger and more numerous and then they will kill more livestock when they come. Nature needs to favor wolves that are not so bold. Food that has been put elsewhere by humans will make them more bold around humans. Same smells etc.

Farmers are part of nature so give the farmers depredation permission on their land and allow them to advertise for help with the wolf problem. That's it. The wolves will adjust eventually.
